Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our products, however our handmade skincare products can only be returned if unopened. If you are having any issues with your order, be sure to reach out to customer service for assistance.

We focus on only the purest ingredients, free from any preservatives or toxic chemicals. That being said all of our skincare is shelf stable for 6 months, and up to 12 months if you refrigerate! Our small batch policy ensures product quality and allows you ample time to use your favorite products before having to worry about expiration.

Parabens and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives are commonly used preservatives in cosmetic and personal care products. Parabens are endocrine disruptors, which depending on the type used has varying toxic effects within the body. Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen and is hidden within ingredient labels. Keep in mind, not all ingredients are made equal, something that IS good, can be bad when quality isnt taken into consideration (ie. Essential Oils, Vitamin E, etc)

Order limits apply only to our skincare line. Because we craft each product in small, carefully made batches, we’ve set caps to ensure freshness and availability. As batches run low, we restock promptly—so every jar you receive is newly made, high quality, and true to its intended shelf life.
